Jo-Jo & John-John

My niece Jo-Jo has a new playmate John-John. He arrived on the 4th of January 2006... 10 days after Christmas and 13 days before her birthday. Not quite a Christmas present nor a birthday present...but definitely a gift to my family from our Heavenly Father!

"ho,ho,ho...."

"Ahhh, not quite?"

"Now listen hear, buddy, I'm ya big sista...u'll listen to what I say, u get me?"

It's not about me

I read many many blogs and many many comments the past few days but it was the following comment that struck me most:

"You can't build a meaningful relationship with God based on what YOU are doing.
A relationship with God has to be based on grace ... on what HE does for you."

Indeed.
